At Nautilus Labs we take user privacy very seriously. That is why we strive to always be fully transparent when it comes to app permissions listed on Google Play, iTunes and others.

What information do we collect?

We do not collect any privacy information from our users unless the users do explicitly agree to share such information with us. Currently we only collect information from users when they send debug reports.

Sending of a debug report requires user action (needs to be explicitly send from the user’s mail application) and users may review any information prior sending and decide whether they want to disclose it with us or not.

The debug reports contain the user’s email address, his locale, version and name of the used software, device firmware version and a portion of the device log.

What do we use your information for?

The information provided in the debug reports is not used for any other purpose than resolving the reported problems and proving a better functionality and services to out users.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights or the rights of others, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
